All photographs on this website remain the copyright and intellectual property of Fast Fox Photography, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a print or digital product does not transfer copyright.

What You MAY Do:

If you purchase a physical print, you may:

  • Display it in your home, office, or business premises

  • Gift or resell the physical print as an owned object

  • Share photographs of the print on social media with credit (no commercial use)

If you purchase an ebook, you may:

  • Use it for personal, non-commercial use only

What You MAY NOT Do:

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce or copy the image (digitally or in print)

  • Scan, photograph, or reprint the image for redistribution

  • Sell or license new copies of the image

  • Use the image for commercial, advertising, editorial, or promotional purposes

  • Modify, remix, or create derivative works for commercial use

  • Upload high-resolution versions for public download

  • Use the image in NFTs, stock libraries, or AI training datasets

Important Clarification on Resale

You may resell the original physical print you purchased (for example, a framed print),
but you may not reproduce it or sell copies in any form.

Resale applies only to the original physical object, not to the intellectual property.

Commercial & Editorial Licensing

If you wish to use an image for:

  • Editorial publication

  • Commercial advertising

  • Book covers or album artwork

  • Website or marketing use

  • Product packaging
